The right service provided over the long term has a scope, target values and method of measurement that have been defined in advance. An integral part of this is the form and method for resolving any deviations from the specifications.

The Application Support service is based on the following basic SLA specifications:

    • According to the defined time of service, up to 24/7
  • Response time
    • Due to the defined allocation of FTE staff, we are able to guarantee shorter response times to resolve requirements than if a specific consultant were allocated.
  • Guaranteed availability of a senior consultation role
  • Further SLA specifications are the subject of knowledge transfer, i.e., integration of services into the customer’s processes.
